Philadelphia, PA June 5, 2019 – The 2019 Games Organizing Committees are pleased to announce that 11 athletes, one coach, one Accommodations Manager, Open Tennis Chair, and the European Maccabi Games General Chair from North Carolina have been appointed as members of the USA delegation for the upcoming Pan American and European Maccabi Games which will take place in Mexico City, Mexico July 5-15, 2019, and Budapest, Hungary July 28-August 7, 2019.

 

The European Maccabi Games participants are Scott Adams of Asheville, NC, Open Men’s Golf; Anthony Adams of Asheville, NC, Open Men’s Golf; Debbie Adams of Asheville, NC, European Maccabi Games General Chair; Graycen Dave of Asheville, NC, Open Women’s Field Hockey; Stacey Klimchuk of Asheville, NC, Accommodations Manager; Jerrod Meltzer of Chapel Hill, NC, Juniors Boys’ Basketball; and Jacob Rauchbach of Chapel Hill, NC, Open Men’s Basketball Head Coach.

 

The Pan American Maccabi Games participants are Orian Bar of Charlotte, NC, Open Women’s Soccer; Julia Charney of Chapel Hill, NC, Juniors Girls’ Volleyball; Olivia Halperin of Weddington, NC, Juniors Girls’ Soccer;  Gabrielle Meltzer of Chapel Hill, NC, Open Women’s Volleyball; Stacey Slomka of Charlotte, NC, Open Tennis Chair; Kendall Soule of Asheville, NC, Open Triathlon; and Yonatan Spencer of Charlotte, NC, Open Men’s Soccer.
