Team will be appointed by the selection committee for your sport. The Golf Qualifier information is below. You must attend the Qualifier to be eligible for Team USA. Please make sure to fill out the Maccabi USA application AND the golf qualifier application.

OPEN MEN - 5.0 INDEX
OPEN WOMEN, MASTERS WOMEN, AND MASTERS MEN -10.0 INDEX
JUNIORS BOYS'/GIRLS' -12.0 INDEX
Note to competitors: If higher you may apply, but acceptance will depend on the field and discretion of Maccabi USA

Details: (Updated as of February 3, 2012).

Resort: PGA NATIONAL CLUB & RESORT, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida (Home of the Honda Classic and many prior PGA events). Format: 54 Holes, Stroke play all divisions

Course: The Champion Course

Dates: Sunday, July 15, 2012 Registration (and practice round)--BY CALL IN TO PRO SHOP (8AM - 6PM) (optional additional practice rounds prior to SUNDAY--$75). 7PM Welcome Banquet (casual neat attire) format, rules, instructions, pairings and Maccabi USA presentation.
July 16, Breakfast, Round 1 / July 17, Breakfast, Round 2 / July 18, Breakfast, Round 3

Costs:*
- $660 double occupancy room (shared with other participant).
- $900 single occupancy (may have non-participant companion staying-food extra).
- $525 if not staying at resort (limited availability and discouraged due to early tee times, weather, etc.)
