  • First display of gymnastics by Jewish gymnasts before delegates at the 3rd Zionist Congress in Basel
  • Foundation of the "Juedische Turnerschaft" (Organization of all Jewish Gymnasts), the predecessor of Maccabi World Union (founded in 1921)
  • Establishment of "Maccabi Bulgaria" as head organization of all Jewish Gymnastic Clubs there
1906
  • Foundation of the first Jewish Gymnastic Club in Eretz Yisrael, named "Rishon L'Zion" in Jaffa (today Maccabi Tel Aviv) and the "Bar Giora Gymnastic Club" in Jerusalem
  • Foundation of "WAC" - all Jewish Sports Club in Budapest, Hungary
  • Foundation of Maccabi Helsinki
1908
  • Mass participation of Maccabi Bulgaria at the Gymnastic Day (Turntag) in Constantinople
  • First Rehovot Spring Festival - Maccabi Clubs in Eretz Yisrael under Zvi Nishri (Orloff) plays a predominant part in organization and the holding of sports competitions
  • Foundation of "Maccabi Thesaloniki" (Greece) and "Juedischer Turnverein Zurich" (Switzerland)
1909
  • Foundation of "Hakoah Wien" (Vienna, Austria)
  • Establishment of Maccabi Clubs in Rehovot, Rishon L'Zion, PetahTikva in Eretz Yisrael
1910
  • First Jewish Gymnastic Club in Egypt
  • Establishment of Maccabi Clubs in Jerusalem, Gedera Nes Ziona in Eretz Yisrael
